Neal Schore is the executive coach who actually gets it.
For over two decades, Neal has been coaching some of the world’s most successful (and, let’s be honest, stressed-out) leaders helping them ditch the chaos, work smarter, and find real balance without sacrificing results. His work spans individuals at every stage of their careers, from ambitious early-career professionals to seasoned CEOs leading complex organizations, across public and private companies, industries, and growth stages. At the center of Neal’s approach is a simple but powerful belief: peak performance starts with how You Manage You.
Before turning his focus fully to coaching, Neal spent 25 years as a founder, operator, and executive. He was the founder and CEO of Triton Media (later Triton Digital), which grew into a category-defining media and technology company and was ultimately acquired by iHeartMedia. Having built, scaled, and led organizations through growth, complexity, and change, Neal brings real-world operating experience to his work grounded in practice, not theory or platitudes.
What began as a referral-only executive coaching practice evolved into The 25th Hour Group, a coaching and advisory firm built around Neal’s proven methodology for leadership effectiveness, personal development, and sustainable growth. Today, Neal leads and mentors a roster of experienced coaches, delivering high-impact 1-on-1 coaching, leadership programs, and organizational advisory work to companies at every level. Known for a direct, lighthearted, and relentlessly actionable style, Neal helps people perform at their highest level without burning out. He is the author of The 25th Hour, forthcoming from Simon & Schuster in August 2026. Outside of coaching, he can be found with his wife and sons, on the pickleball court, or recharging at the beach. Neal is an active member of YPO.

Jenny Sade had already built a successful career in People Operations, but working with Neal Schore changed everything.
Jenny used Neal’s tools to not only get unstuck—but to shift the entire trajectory of her career, opening up a path she hadn’t even imagined. Now, as a sought-after fractional CPO and C-suite advisor, she uses those same tools daily to help leaders and companies get out of their own way and unlock their full potential.
Before launching her own consulting practice, Jenny led talent strategy and operational leadership at scale, from tripling the team at RED (later acquired by William Morris Endeavor) to growing PLBY Group from 130 to 1,400 employees (including six acquisitions and going public). She knows firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and sustain high-performing teams—and more importantly, she knows how to make it feel fun (or at least a lot less painful).
