Neal Schore is the executive coach who actually gets it.
Before embarking on his coaching career, Neal himself was a successful (and, yes, sometimes stressed-out) leader too. Neal was the mastermind behind Triton Media (later Triton Digital, which was scooped up by iHeartMedia). His real talent, though, was helping people—from high-growth leaders and up-and-comers, to executives who know they need a better way—find their groove.
For over a decade, Neal has been coaching some of the world’s most successful (and, let’s be honest, stressed-out) leaders, helping them ditch the chaos, work smarter, and find some much-needed balance. At FedEx, she led global programs that shaped culture and safeguarded the brand across 220 countries.
As an executive coach, she partners with leaders to cut through the noise, make confident decisions, and lead with clarity. Melissa also provides compliance consulting, leveraging her extensive experience and global perspective to advise organizations on their compliance and ethics programs and teams. Her approach is rooted in real-world experience—balancing strategic insight with practical tools that work in high-stakes environments.
