  • Neal Schore is the executive coach who actually gets it.

Before embarking on his coaching career, Neal himself was a successful (and, yes, sometimes stressed-out) leader too. Neal was the mastermind behind Triton Media (later Triton Digital, which was scooped up by iHeartMedia). His real talent, though, was helping people—from high-growth leaders and up-and-comers, to executives who know they need a better way—find their groove.

For over a decade, Neal has been coaching some of the world’s most successful (and, let’s be honest, stressed-out) leaders, helping them ditch the chaos, work smarter, and find some much-needed balance. His insights are captured in his debut book, The 25th Hour, which hits shelves August 2026 with Simon & Schuster.

Neal’s style? Lighthearted, honest, and refreshingly actionable. Neal takes into consideration both professional and personal development for his clients—because the two go hand-in-hand. He’s built an enviable roster of clients, purely by word-of-mouth, and has become the go-to guy for those who are tired of the same old cookie-cutter advice, derived from leadership books that have been collecting dust on the shelf since 2005.

  • Jacqueline (Jacque) Davis is the kind of operator you want in the room when strategic growth, operational excellence, and scale are all on the line.

With 30+ years leading across healthcare, finance, consumer products, and social media, Jacque previously served as Chief Operating Officer at 24Hr HomeCare, where she oversaw Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Risk. A CPA by training, she blends financial discipline with operational vision, building systems that scale and teams that win. Jacqueline’s known for her people-first leadership; fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration. The result: sharper strategy, stronger outcomes, and measurable gains in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and delivery.

  • Jenny Sade had already built a successful career in People Operations, but working with Neal Schore changed everything.

Jenny used Neal’s tools to not only get unstuck—but to shift the entire trajectory of her career, opening up a path she hadn’t even imagined. Now, as a sought-after fractional CPO and C-suite advisor, she uses those same tools daily to help leaders and companies get out of their own way and unlock their full potential.

Before launching her own consulting practice, Jenny led talent strategy and operational leadership at scale, from tripling the team at RED (later acquired by William Morris Endeavor) to growing PLBY Group from 130 to 1,400 employees (including six acquisitions and going public). She knows firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and sustain high-performing teams—and more importantly, she knows how to make it feel fun (or at least a lot less painful).

  • For more than 25 years, Melissa has helped leaders navigate complexity, build trust, and drive results.

An attorney by training, she has served as a prosecutor, represented multinational companies in private practice, and worked for more than 15 years at FedEx, most recently serving as the Director of Corporate Integrity & Compliance. At FedEx, she led global programs that shaped culture and safeguarded the brand across 220 countries.

As an executive coach, she partners with leaders to cut through the noise, make confident decisions, and lead with clarity. Melissa also provides compliance consulting, leveraging her extensive experience and global perspective to advise organizations on their compliance and ethics programs and teams. Her approach is rooted in real-world experience—balancing strategic insight with practical tools that work in high-stakes environments.

  • Greg leverages more than 20 years of experience as a leader, entrepreneur, operator, board member, and investor to help entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and organizations achieve their goals.

He not only provides executive advice, coaching, and mentorship, but also takes an active role in strategy, marketing, operations, leadership development, fundraising, business development, organizational structure, and monetization—guiding leaders to strengthen their performance and unlock growth.

Greg is driven by a passion to create positive impact and value through innovation, collaboration, and excellence. He has led and grown mission-driven businesses ranging from startups to publicly traded companies and has served as a board member, advisor, and mentor for numerous organizations and initiatives, including YPO, Tech Holding, RDCL Superfoods, The Farm Project, and Lettuce Grow. He remains deeply committed to learning, growth, and sharing his insights with leaders who share his enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, technology, and social good.
